Collaboration not competition. That is my motto [one of many]. There are 100s of ideas around health and wellness and I want to bring the best of these together as part of my missions to help all individuals achieve their health goals.
The evidence is quite clear – there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. We know some general things are truth –
- eat a balanced diet
- don’t eat too much or too little
- move your body daily
- get enough sleep
- take care of your mind
- don’t stress out
- make time for self-care
- do activities that bring you joy
- stay positive
While we know all these things, leading a life that incorporates these truths can be challenging. One approach might work well for Katie, a different approach will work better for Sarah. Instead of making Katie feel like a failure when she can’t follow Sarah’s plan, I want to empower you ALL to find a plan that works with your life.
