What is the One Day Meal Plan Method?
The One Day Meal Plan is a new approach at an old problem. It sounds silly, but instead of you working for your recipes and meal plan, your recipes will work for you!
You will be given a meal planning template and taught a technique for filling it in using cookbooks or recipe blogs that will allow you to complete a month in about 30 minutes! Have you ever meal planned for a week in less time than that? I know I hadn’t prior to coming up with this method. The first time I did this, I had the entire template (one year) completed in less than 8 hours!
Once the template is completed, you can use it over and over again. There is no redundancy to the recipes because it’s on an entire year rotation. If you aren’t someone who gets bored easily with food, save yourself some time – you can just do 3-4 months and then repeat it over and over again from that point on. Great right?

Before kids and becoming a physician, I enjoyed meal planning and batch cooking. But life has since happened and I just don’t have time for it all. My husband and I were arguing about meal planning on and off for 2 years before I came up with this method. Fast forward 2 more years –
- We haven’t argued one about meals ONCE
- We always have a meal plan
- We are happy about the foods we are feeding out family
